The violations in records of parliament need to be limited → to escape censorship 4. Decorum needs to be maintained in the house. → record no. of sliding days due to disruption. 5. Maintain sanctity of house → Inter MP comments see bad example for society. → yet is high time Parliamentary privileges are codified much in time with the delhi definition exercised & misconduct in strength of the Parliament.
