A quasi-judicial body is a body which has powers and procedures resembling those of court of law such as an arbitration or tribunal. Similarity between Judicial & Quasi-judicial bodies: → Both deal with disputes between parties which offers right of subject → Both can impose penalty or quash named to the aggrieved → Both can issue decision that are binding on the parties involved. Quasi-Judicial bodies although resemble like normal court but are different in many ways:
