B) Actionable options available to me: (1) Stopping the ICT initiative & resorting to stitching & cooking skill development → Village leaders in turn Convincing participated approach. (2) Village Men viewed to be happy. (3) No misuse of ICT tools by women. C) My course of action would again Value of equality (for women), and the capability of Transparency & Social influence Strategies I would implement: (1) Village men could be assured that these ICT programs will be provided for them also in future cause. (2) Telling about the possibility of improved family income, if women get involved in ICT jobs. (3) Providing examples - of half-market items nearby farm in districts. (4) Persuading the local religious leaders → would lead to down-ward filtration of acceptancy. (5) Out-reach by Asho-worker about the benefits of this program. Women must be given opportunity for capacity building, to achieve Inclusive growth.
Demerit: Perpetuation of traditional roles at gender. Social ill. Against the Scientific temper. Toward Fundamental Duty. Continuing the ICT project at Digital skilling, without listening to village elders & men. Merit: Project continuation → Duty fulfilled. (Women led-development.) Demerit: May not sustain without support of local people. Girls may end up wasting time on social media. (3) Village elders & men could be contacted with Social influence and persuasion, along with information about the ripple effects of women-skilling on their own village. Merit: Citizens taken into confidence. Women in non-traditional roles. No vises of conscience.
